Curriculum vitae

Katja Brzezinski (born 1977) studied law at the University of Göttingen (First State Exam, 2003). After her First State Exam she passed a postgraduate studie in economics also at the University of Göttingen (2004) and wrote her bar exam at the Düsseldorf Court of Appeal (= Second State Exam) in 2006. From 2007 to 2009 she worked as an attorney in the field of trademark law, inter alia at former BPSH Braun-Dulläus Pannen Schroten Haber’s Dusseldorf law office. Since 2009 Katja Brzezinski has been research assistant at the University of Bayreuth working with Prof. Dr. Ansgar Ohly, LL.M.
